Lessons are conducted with a 1 to 1 basis of student and trainer. Sometimes another member of the team may join us on lessons to monitor the training the student is being given is up to a first class standard, this will be with the pupils consent prior to the lesson. Having a third person in the car can be really beneficial to the student as they are then getting used to more people in the car and assessing how the car handles and also dealing with distractions. When you take the practical test you may well have a third person in the back of the car as in the same way the DVSA monitor examiners to see that the test is conducted fairly.
