When enquiring about driving tuition we also ask for additional information such as your availability for lesson, service preferences and comments from you. You don’t have to provide these but they help in booking your lessons.

The Right to Object gives you the right to withdraw your consent at ANY time.

However this may also mean as we have no record of your request, that we may end up sending you information if your details are fed into our systems again.
As an organisation we can keep your data “in the performance of a task in the public interest”, and can refuse to remove you from our records if there is a regulatory reason to keep them such as managing accounts for example.
